Mailbox SKIMMER by Ernesto Garcia, 1995.
----------------------------------------
QUICK SETUP AND RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS
Mailbox SKIMMER is a program designed to make it easier for you
to read your mailbox, especially if you receive a lot of "junk"
messages, like propaganda, a quite awful topic in a mailing list,
or any kind of messages that can be spotted out by means of
their Subject: line.
You use it by typing MSKIM at the DOS prompt, followed by the name
of your mailbox file _PLUS_ a colon, and all the topics you would
like to eliminate from your mailbox:
mskim [ drive:\path\ [ mailbox: ] ] [ unwanted topics ]
Example: mskim c:\mail\mbox: propaganda announcement taxes
Skimmed mailbox is output to MBOX.DEP, unless you specify another
file with the -a option as the first parameter, like this:
mskim -a c:\personal\readmail.txt c:\mail\mbox: propaganda (...)
If you have any problem, consult file MANUAL.DOC, for complete
details. Odds are close that you've forgotten to put the colon
after the name of your mailbox. Once again, thank you for
supporting the ShareWare concept.
